A 200-unit premium residential township combining modern architecture with natural landscape integration. Built for sustainability, seismic resilience, and long-term community living across 4 towers.
The Challenge
The site's proximity to a conservation zone demanded strict environmental compliance, minimal land disruption, and integration of green infrastructure without compromising unit density or livability.
Our Approach
We adopted a cluster-based tower layout that preserved 40% of the site as open green space. Rainwater harvesting channels, solar rooftop panels, and permeable paving systems were engineered into the master plan from day one.
The Outcome
Delivered fully on schedule with 100% occupancy within 6 months of handover. Recognized by the Kathmandu Metropolitan City for best practices in sustainable residential development.
