Project
A Grade-A office campus spanning 3.2 acres, delivering flexible workspaces equipped with intelligent building management systems, full power redundancy, and LEED-certified construction standards.
The Challenge
Client required a fully operational campus within 18 months on a site with active utility crossings and constrained vehicle access — demanding meticulous phased construction sequencing.
Our Approach
We pre-fabricated structural steel elements offsite and deployed a parallel-track construction methodology, running MEP rough-in concurrently with the superstructure to compress the schedule without compromising quality.
The Outcome
Handed over 2 weeks early. The campus now houses 14 enterprise tenants and has achieved LEED Silver certification — the first in the Pulchowk commercial corridor.
